Guaranteed Service
We are confident in the services we provide, that’s why we offer a 6 Month Tenant Guarantee. Real Property Management guarantees any tenant they place for six months. If the tenant leaves for any reason, Real Property Management will re-lease the property at no cost to the owner
Also, we only collect fees based off collected rent. If rent is not coming in, you don’t pay!
Other guarantees include 60 Day Risk Free Guarantee. If you are not happy with our service, you can cancel with a 60 day notice and there is no cancellation fee.
