We prepare a state-specific lease agreement and ensure all documentation is completed and signed electronically. - Coordinate Move-In

60-Day Risk-Free Promise
We stand behind our commitment to relieving your hassles. If, for any reason, we are unable to find a qualified tenant within 60 days, you may terminate your agreement. No questions asked. Please notify us in writing if you wish to terminate our services. No hassle, argument, questions, or hard feelings. (Included with Advanced and Premium Plans)
Rented in 29 Days Promise
We’re a dedicated partner in your corner, and we understand how important a quick turnaround time is to you and your bottom line. If we don’t rent your property in 29 days or less, the administrative cost is free. With our marketing plan and world-class client management system, we’re confident we can lease your property quickly and get the rent coming in. (Included with Premium Plan)
Tenant Replacement Promise
We don’t want you to experience the stress of having a tenant walk away leaving you with an empty property, no rent to pay the mortgage, and the expense of finding a new tenant. If we place a tenant with you and that tenant vacates your property within six months, we will find you a new qualified tenant at no additional cost. (1 Year with Premium Plan and 180 Days with Advanced Plan)
Bi-Annual Maintenance Evaluations
We stand behind our commitment to relieving your hassles and making sure your property is maintained properly. That’s why we perform periodic maintenance inspections. We inspect the property both inside and out to ensure tenant compliance and assess property condition.
Pricing by Plan:
- Peace of Mind Plan (Premium): Included at no additional cost
- Advanced Plan: $75 per unit, plus $45 per additional unit
- Starter Plan: $125 per unit, plus $45 per additional unit
