Owner and Operations Manager

Ana started working at Real Property Management Seacoast New Hampshire in July 2017 after spending seven years in the school system and having a career in Restaurant Management.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her sons and fishing and snowmobiling with her husband. Ana also loves the Knicks, Red Sox, Patriots, and country music.

After operating a successful, international photography business for over twenty years, Bill changed career paths, entered into the financial services world and has been a licensed investment professional since 2010.

In 2016, Bill founded The Private Pension Group (PPG) to help clients adjust their focus and move safely and efficiently from the very different areas of wealth accumulation to effectively manage wealth distribution. Bill has now come on board as Real Property Management Seacoast New Hampshire’s Business Development Manager, helping investors manage and maintain their real estate portfolios.

Bill is a lifelong New Hampshire resident and enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children.

Accounting Manager

Sandra began her career with Real Property Management Seacoast New Hampshire in 2020 as an accounting professional with a passion for auditing and financial reporting.

In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and friends, studying philosophy, traveling, and drawing sketches and landscapes while listening to good music.

Camila Andino
Growth and Marketing Coordinator

Camila recently graduated with a degree in Communications and Public Relations and has just joined Real Property Management Seacoast New Hampshire as our Growth and Marketing Coordinator. In this role, she oversees social media and leads the company’s communications and marketing strategies.

Outside of work, Camila enjoys relaxing, spending time on her own, reading, cooking, and starting her day with a good cup of coffee.

Leah Molina
Administrative Assistant

Leah, the youngest member of the team, serves as an administrative assistant and is pursuing a degree in marketing. She manages tasks related to Real Property Management Seacoast New Hampshire’s leasing operations.

Leah is passionate about sharing knowledge and learning. She describes herself as a cheerful person who loves nature and enjoys spending time with people outside of work.

Kenelly Guillet
Accounting

Kenelly, part of the accounting team, has three years of accounting experience, having transitioned from a career in medicine.

Outside of work, Kenelly enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, singing, and learning new languages. She also intends to pursue another career and learn additional languages in the future.

Shirley Salazar
Accounting

Shirley Salazar is a member of the accounting team, bringing over 15 years of experience in public accounting. She serves as a Tax Advisor, specializing in audit taxation, with a focus on deferred taxes and tax reconciliation.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and attending church.

Carmen Isabel Garcia
Maintenance Coordinator

Carmen Isabel provides administrative support to the Maintenance Team, performing tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Outside of her professional life, she enjoys a variety of activities. She loves spending quality time with her family, relaxing at the beach, dancing, engaging in outdoor adventures, cooking, and reading.

Jonathon Buchanan
Senior Maintenance Coordinator 

Jonathon coordinates Maintenance, communicating with Owners/Tenants and Vendors to ensure top quality and tenant comfort.

With 20 years in the Navy and 14 years as a police officer, Jonathon now enjoys golfing, surfing, kayaking, or riding his Harley when not working.

Marcelo Gonzalez
Maintenance Coordinator

Marcelo is a member of the Maintenance Team, dedicated to ensuring timely follow-up on clients’ needs and maintaining the high standards of customer satisfaction.

Outside of work, he enjoys watching movies, exploring the outdoors through trekking, and caring for his fish tank.

Christopher D’Angelo
Maintenance Director

Christopher moved to New Hampshire from Florida in 2018 and began his career with Real Property Management Seacoast New Hampshire.

Before joining Real Property Management, he was a Professional Chef.

In his free time, he enjoys scuba diving, fishing, snowmobiling, cooking for family and friends, and learning about the ocean and marine biology.

Steve Macisso
Inspection Coordinator

Steve began working with Real Property Management Seacoast New Hampshire in the spring of 2024, bringing 25 years of painting experience to inspect units safely and with meticulous attention to detail.

When not working, Steve enjoys motorcycles, gaming, and camping trips.
