Jay Comstock
Owner and Principle Broker
Jay opened Real Property Management Seacoast NH in late 2013. Using his decades of management and leadership experience, Jay helps guide the business and his clients toward their goals. When he is not working, he can be found fishing, golfing, gardening, doing anything outdoors, and spending time with his family and friends.
Ana Comstock
Owner and Operations Manager
Ana started working at RPM in July 2017 after spending seven years in the school system and having a career in Restaurant Management. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her boys, fishing with her husband, and snuggling with her dog, Riley. Ana also loves country music and the Boston Red Sox.
Luke Braun
Property Manager
When Luke is not solving real estate problems, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, shredding the ski slopes, watching the latest movies, or traveling. Some of his recent adventures include Beijing, China, and the last 150 miles of the Camino de Santiago hike in northern Spain.
Gloria Reyes
Leasing Coordinator
Gloria is an integral part of the Leasing team at RPM, where she excels in managing a wide range of tasks related to the company’s leasing operations. Beyond her professional responsibilities, she finds joy in listening to music, exploring new destinations through travel, and cherishing precious moments with her family.
Garth Lyndes
Leasing and Sales Agent
Garth, a licensed Realtor in NH and Maine since 2020, brings salesmanship and customer service from his hospitality background. He prides himself on providing world-class service to his clients and ensuring seamless transactions. Residing in southern Maine, he enjoys watching his daughter play soccer, kayaking, pickleball, landscaping, and cheffing it up.
Priscilla Band-Weston
Leasing and Sales Agent
Priscilla has been deeply committed to delivering outstanding service to sellers, investors, and buyers since 2020. During her leisure time, she finds joy in restoring old homes with her husband and embarking on outdoor adventures such as camping with her children and beloved dog.
Leah Molina
Administrative Assistant
Leah, the youngest member of the team, works as an administrative assistant and is studying marketing. She manages tasks related to RPM’s leasing operations. Leah is passionate about sharing knowledge and learning. She describes herself as a cheerful person who loves nature and enjoys spending time with people outside of work.
Don Torres
Administrative Assistant
Don is the newest team member with a customer service and administration background. He assists Jay with daily tasks, emails, and priorities. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his partner and kids. He recently started Jiu-jitsu and works out daily to stay fit.
Kenelly Guillet
Accounting
Kenelly, part of the RPM accounting team, has three years of accounting experience after transitioning from a career in medicine. Outside of work, Kenelly enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, singing, and learning new languages. She also intends to pursue another career and learn additional languages in the future.
Sandra Mendieta
Accounting Manager
Sandra started her career with RPM in 2020 as an accounting professional passionate about auditing and financial reporting. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and friends, studying philosophy, traveling, and drawing sketches and landscapes while listening to good music.
Shirley Salazar
Accounting
Shirley Salazar is a member of the Real Property Management accounting team, bringing over 15 years of experience in public accounting. She serves as a Tax Advisor, specializing in audit taxation, with a focus on deferred taxes and tax reconciliation. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and attending church.
Sara Guevara
Operations Manager
Sara is the Operations Manager at RPM Seacoast, where she oversees internal processes, facilitates communication and manages the leasing department to ensure smooth operations. Outside of work, she can often be found at the beach, catching waves while surfing or enjoying beach games with friends.
Chris Riley
Operations Manager
Chris started working at RPM in 2024 as one of the Operations Managers. His background in finance and mortgage sales is a great asset to the team. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and dogs. His hobbies include kayaking, sailing, and gardening with his family.
Christopher D’Angelo
Maintenance Director
Christopher moved to New Hampshire from Florida in 2018 and began my career with RPM. Before RPM, he was a Professional Chef. In his free time, he enjoys scuba diving, fishing, snowmobiling, cooking for family and friends, and learning about the ocean and marine biology.
Carmen Isabel Garcia
Maintenance Coordinator
Carmen Isabel provides administrative support to the Maintenance Team, performing tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys a variety of activities. She loves spending quality time with her family, relaxing at the beach, dancing, engaging in outdoor adventures, cooking, and reading.
James Bebeau
Maintenance Coordinator
James is a United States Army veteran deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan. Following military service, he transitioned into the construction field, eventually earning both general and roofing contractor licenses in multiple areas. He values quality time with family and friends and is passionate about golf and surfing.
Jonathon Buchanan
Maintenance Coordinator
Jonathon coordinates Maintenance, communicating with Owners/Tenants and Vendors to ensure top quality and tenant comfort. With 20 years in the Navy and 14 years as a police officer, Jonathon now enjoys golfing, surfing, kayaking, or riding his Harley when not working.
Steve Macisso
Inspection Coordinator
Steve started working with Real Property Management in the spring of 2024 and brings 25 years of painting experience to inspect units safely and with attention to detail. When not working, Steve enjoys motorcycles, gaming, and camping trips.
Riley
Director of Treat Acquisition
Riley has been with RPM since 2015. He is in charge of getting treats and making sure they’re enjoyed, always bringing smiles and tail wags to the team. When he is not at the office, Riley enjoys running in the field, watching birds, being the most loyal companion, and loving on all his family and friends.
