Drawing on his decades of management and leadership experience, Jay helps guide the business and its clients toward their goals. When he is not working, he can be found fishing, golfing, gardening, doing anything outdoors, and spending time with his family and friends.

Owner and Operations Manager
Ana started working at Real Property Management Seacoast NH in July 2017 after spending seven years in the school system and having a career in Restaurant Management. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her boys, fishing with her husband, and snuggling with her dog, Riley. Ana also loves country music and the Boston Red Sox.

Sandra began her career with Real Property Management Seacoast NH in 2020 as an accounting professional with a passion for auditing and financial reporting. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and friends, studying philosophy, traveling, and drawing sketches and landscapes while listening to good music.

Kenelly, part of the accounting team, has three years of accounting experience, having transitioned from a career in medicine. Outside of work, Kenelly enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, singing, and learning new languages. She also intends to pursue another career and learn additional languages in the future.

Shirley Salazar is a member of the accounting team, bringing over 15 years of experience in public accounting. She serves as a Tax Advisor, specializing in audit taxation, with a focus on deferred taxes and tax reconciliation. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and attending church.
Sara Guevara
Operations Manager
Sara is the Operations Manager, where she oversees internal processes, facilitates communication, and manages the leasing department to ensure smooth operations. Outside of work, she can often be found at the beach, catching waves while surfing or enjoying beach games with friends.

Maintenance Director
Christopher moved to New Hampshire from Florida in 2018 and began my career with Real Property Management Seacoast New Hampshire. Before joining Real Property Management, he was a Professional Chef. In his free time, he enjoys scuba diving, fishing, snowmobiling, cooking for family and friends, and learning about the ocean and marine biology.

Maintenance Coordinator
Carmen Isabel provides administrative support to the Maintenance Team, performing tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys a variety of activities. She loves spending quality time with her family, relaxing at the beach, dancing, engaging in outdoor adventures, cooking, and reading.
Jonathon Buchanan
Maintenance Coordinator
Jonathon coordinates Maintenance, communicating with Owners/Tenants and Vendors to ensure top quality and tenant comfort. With 20 years in the Navy and 14 years as a police officer, Jonathon now enjoys golfing, surfing, kayaking, or riding his Harley when not working.
Steve Macisso
Inspection Coordinator
Steve began working with Real Property Management Seacoast NH in the spring of 2024, bringing 25 years of painting experience to inspect units safely and with meticulous attention to detail. When not working, Steve enjoys motorcycles, gaming, and camping trips.
Riley
Director of Treat Acquisition
Riley has been with Real Property Management Seacoast New Hampshire since 2015. He is responsible for procuring treats and ensuring they’re enjoyed, always bringing smiles and tail wags to the team. When he is not at the office, Riley enjoys running in the field, watching birds, being the most loyal companion, and loving on all his family and friends.
