What’s included?

3 Months of Rent Default Insurance. This is insurance protection against bad tenant outcomes that provides reimbursement in the event of tenant evictions, skips, or other frequently occurring issues (subject to the policy terms and conditions).

How much does it cost?

This additional service is offered in our Advanced and Premium Management Packages for $49/month after an initial $49 setup fee.

How do I add this service?

Easy. Choose the property management service level that includes this additional peach of mine. Contact us online if you have any questions.

What's Covered?

  • Tenant stops paying rent and is evicted from the rental unit
  • Tenant abandons rental unit and disappears
  • Tenant breaks up with significant other and breaks lease
  • Tenant loses job and can no longer afford rent payments
  • Tenant is called for military service and must break the least

NOT Covered

  • Tenant stop paying rent because the unit is uninhabitable due to damages to the property or surroundings
  • Tenant breaks the lease because the landlord did not comply with lease terms or building codes
  • Landlord and tenant agree to terminate the lease without our consent
  • Any loss of rent after the lease expires
